Mission

C.I.C.F. is committed to ministering to the needs of all foreigners through worship, prayer, Bible study, discipleship, fellowship, care, ministry of praise and worship and activities that strengthen encourage and build up Christian faith.

As such it will always seek to be dependent upon, empowered and led by the Holy Spirit, to live our passions and calling, to know, love and serve God more through the different gifts in the body of Christ as revealed in His Son Jesus Christ and the power of His resurrection.

Beliefs

• The unity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit in the Godhead.

• The sovereignty of God in creation, revelation, redemption and final judgment.

• The divine inspiration and entire trustworthiness of Holy Scriptures (The Holy Bible) as originally given, and its supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

• The universal sinfulness and guilt of all people since the fall, rendering them subject to God's wrath and condemnation.

• Redemption from the guilt, penalty, dominion and pollution of sin, solely through the sacrificial death (as our representative and substitute) of the Lord Jesus Christ, the incarnate Son of God.

• The bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ from the dead and his ascension to the right hand of God the Father.

• The presence and power of the Holy Spirit in the work of regeneration.

• The justification of the sinner by the grace of God through faith alone.

• The indwelling and work of the Holy Spirit in the believer.

• The one holy universal Church which is the body of Christ and to which all true believers belong.

• The expectation of the personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Objectives

• To provide weekly, corporate genuine worship experiences that glorify, magnify God the Father, proclaiming Jesus as Lord in truth and in spirit through well planned and coordinated services which is culturally appropriate to an international congregation.
• To provide weekly small-group opportunities to grow in the knowledge of God through study of the Word, prayer, discipleship, fellowship, and care for one another.
• To foster the love of Christ and unity of believers between Foreigners from diverse cultures, races, continents and nationalities through love, support, sharing, and encouragement.
• To encourage and foster living the Christian lifestyle amongst members through effective teaching and practising of the Scriptures to live as true disciples of Jesus Christ.
• To provide opportunities for believers to exercise their gifts and stimulate awareness among members of their responsibility to serve God and His purposes in diverse ways that He always He provides.
• To mentor and prepare Godly leaders for the body of Christ by working in collaboration with other Christian bodies or Organizations that conduct Christian Leadership Training.
• To provide regular evaluation of the spiritual value of International Christian Fellowship in China - ICF’s work in the light of its mission statement and goals.
